This process shortens the time to market by 10% to 50% through a proven exit strategy for companies that wanted to go public or be acquired by larger companies.

Managing Director 

Michael Jones

Mr. Jones has over twenty years of experience as a financial professional. He strategically planned and developed private equity funds, conducted research, sales, and management for this boutique consulting firm that has assisted over twenty emerging companies at development and expansion stages.

Mr. Jones has been an advisor to mid-size companies specializing in management buy-outs, private placements, and bridge loans to companies with assets in excess of $30 million. He is experienced in a variety of industries including IT, environmental health, distribution, and services. His consulting experience covers a wide-range, which means that all aspects of most businesses can and will be assessed. This includes personal finances, management and goals.

Mr. Jones was Managing Director of Ground Swell, a $10 million venture fund. In the process, he consulted companies such as Varsity Logistics, Centergy and Onflow Corporation to provide strategic alliance consulting and the needed financial partnership to assist these companies through their critical growth needs.

Alex A. Davis

Alex A. Davis is a Certified Paralegal and financial strategist with over 31 years of overall legal and financial experience.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Legal Studies from Kaplan University.  He has been a Certified Paralegal since 2006. He was Lead Litigation Paralegal at Paul & Janofsky and has worked for some of the most prestigious law firms in the country, including O’Melveny & Myers, Latham & Watkins and Kutak Rock, LLP.  He presently specializes in all aspects of Civil and Business Litigation. He handles all areas of reporting requirements, partnership and legal compliance. He managed administrative and operational functions for the mergers and acquisitions assignments such as MDOL, Sanitec and SleepWell Laboratories, Inc.
