Mr. Jones was Managing Director of Ground Swell, a $10 million venture fund. In the process, he consulted companies such as Varsity Logistics, Centergy and Onflow Corporation to provide strategic alliance consulting and the needed financial partnership to assist these companies through their critical growth needs.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Legal Studies from Kaplan University. He has been a Certified Paralegal since 2006. He was Lead Litigation Paralegal at Paul & Janofsky and has worked for some of the most prestigious law firms in the country, including O’Melveny & Myers, Latham & Watkins and Kutak Rock, LLP. He presently specializes in all aspects of Civil and Business Litigation. He handles all areas of reporting requirements, partnership and legal compliance. He managed administrative and operational functions for the mergers and acquisitions assignments such as MDOL, Sanitec and SleepWell Laboratories, Inc.
